Rules for visiting the Zavist bar

  1. At the entrance to the Bar, there is a system of "face control" and "dress code". The appearance of the Guest must correspond to the status and format of the institution. It is forbidden to come in sportswear, sports and beach shoes, as well as persons in specialized clothing and/or with an untidy appearance.
  2. Visiting the Bar is prohibited to persons who are (suspected of being) under the influence of strong alcoholic intoxication, narcotic, psychotropic or other intoxicating substances; persons whose behavior may pose a threat to order, security or contradicts the rules of behavior accepted in society; persons under 18 years of age (due to age restrictions for viewing the entertainment program of the Bar).
  3. It is forbidden to bring cold or firearms, any means of self - defense, alcoholic and other beverages, food, bags and objects larger than 500x300x200 mm, video and photographic equipment to the Bar. The guest is obliged to submit his belongings to the Bar staff for inspection for the presence of prohibited items.
  4. In order to ensure the safety of Guests, as well as compliance with these Rules, video surveillance is conducted in the common room of the Bar.
  5. By expressing a desire to get into the Bar, the Guest thereby confirms his agreement with the format of leisure offered by the Envy Bar, and regardless of the reason for his departure before the end of the Bar, he has no right to demand compensation for his entrance fee.

Current restrictions for Bar Guests:

  1. It is prohibited to use and sell any psychotropic and narcotic substances.
  2. It is forbidden to be in a Bar in a state of excessive alcohol intoxication.
  3. Obscene language and sexual harassment against the Bar staff is prohibited.
  4. It is forbidden to enter into intimate intimacy with employees and other visitors of the Bar.
  5. It is prohibited to violate generally accepted norms of behavior in public places, to show aggression, to be rude to staff and visitors, to raise your voice at staff and visitors, to humiliate and insult them.
  6. It is prohibited to use bank cards belonging to other persons for payment.
  7. It is forbidden to interfere with the performance of official duties by Bar employees.
  8. It is forbidden to be in outerwear in the Bar room.
  9. It is forbidden to sit at the tables with other Guests of the Bar without their invitation.
  10. It is forbidden to make any kind of video and photography.
  11. It is forbidden to go on stage, climb on podiums, curbstones and poles for the work of artists.
  12. It is forbidden to put your feet on sofas, tables, chairs and bar counters.
  13. It is prohibited to play cards or other gambling games for money, things and other valuables;
  14. Smoking of tobacco products is prohibited throughout the Bar, with the exception of specially designated places.
  15. It is prohibited to use the entertainment services of the Bar in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication, narcotic, psychotropic or other intoxicating substances.
Duties of Bar Guests:
  1. The Guest is obliged to comply with these Rules, instructions and instructions of entertainment services on the territory of the Bar. Fulfill the wishes and requirements of the Bar employees aimed at improving the comfort of others.
  2. Pay for all orders of products and services made, according to the invoice.
  3. A guest who has suffered property and / or non-property damage is obliged to report this to the round-the-clock Quality Control Service of the Bar by phone +7 (812) 701-03-88 within 24 hours, indicating the place, time, circumstances of the incident and persons who witnessed the incident. If the visitor does not comply with this condition in the future, the complaints and claims regarding the damage caused to health and/or property are not subject to consideration.
  4. In case of the slightest ailments, the Guest is obliged to contact the manager or the administrator of the Bar for first aid or to call an Ambulance.

Employees of the Bar have the right to:

  1. In order to ensure security, conduct a visual inspection of the personal belongings of visitors and Guests of the Bar. If the Guest does not agree to undergo this procedure, the Bar staff reserves the right to deny him access.
  2. Do not allow persons whose behavior may violate the order, pose a danger to other visitors or contradict accepted social norms of behavior, as well as persons under 18 years of age (due to age restrictions for viewing the entertainment program of the Bar) to enter the territory of the Bar.
  3. When implementing "face control" and "dress code", Bar employees have the right to refuse to visit the club to individual visitors who have an appearance that does not comply with these Rules, or who are in a state of suspected strong alcoholic intoxication or under the influence of any narcotic, psychotropic or other intoxicating substances.
  4. For violation of any of the points of the rules, the Bar employees responsible for maintaining order have the right to remove the violator from the Bar without reimbursement of the entrance fee.
  5. Refuse to serve, sell products and provide services to a person whose behavior may pose a threat to the order, safety of staff and visitors or contradict the rules of behavior and morality accepted in society.
Bar staff are required to:
  1. Provide complete and reliable information about the procedure for providing services and their cost through price lists, menus and visiting rules posted at the Bar manager's desk, on the information stand for Guests and on the official website of the Bar.
  2. Refuse to sell alcoholic beverages and entertainment services to Guests who are in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication or under the influence of any narcotic, psychotropic or other intoxicating substances in order to avoid adverse consequences both for this person and for others.
  3. In order to ensure compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the employees of Bar b are obliged to prevent persons under the age of 18 from entering the Bar, as well as to refuse them the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and entertainment services.
  4. To sell and use only high-quality certified products that meet the safety requirements in accordance with the established standards for the provision of services.
  5. Issue a document confirming the deposit of money (cash receipt, invoice or others) for the products and services of the Bar ordered and paid for by the Guest.
  1. The cost of visiting the Bar, entertainment services, food and drinks is set by Price Lists approved by the Bar administration. Information about promotions and discounts for Guests is available on the official website of the Bar.
  2. When ordering a table, the Guest is obliged to pay a deposit for this table (the minimum order amount set by the Bar) before the waiter starts serving. In case of refusal to pay the deposit, the Guest loses the right to order a table and is obliged to release it.
  3. By ordering products and services of the Bar, the Guest thereby confirms his awareness of their cost, format of provision, duration, quality and composition, as well as his agreement with these Rules and the rules for the provision of individual services.
  4. The responsibility for the consequences arising from the Guest's ignorance of the cost, format of provision, duration, quality and composition of the Bar's products and services and/or non-compliance with the rules for providing Bar services is borne by the Guest himself.
  5. As a general rule, the bill includes dishes and drinks ordered by all persons sitting at the same table. Guests are obliged to inform the waiter about the need to issue individual invoices at the time of ordering.
  6. The provision of entertainment services Bar for Guests is carried out only on 100% prepayment.
  7. The Guest is obliged to pay for the products and services of the Bar ordered by him in full according to the current price lists, regardless of who the Guest ordered these products and services for (for himself or third parties).
  8. In order to avoid non-payment of the invoice, the Bar staff has the right to issue an interim invoice to the Guest when the order amount exceeds 3000 rubles. If the payment of the interim invoice is refused, the order for other dishes, drinks and services from the visitor will not be accepted.
  9. The guest has the right to refuse to pay for the products, dishes and drinks ordered by him until the moment, and only if they have not been prepared and/or packaged (poured) into consumer containers (dishes). The Parties accept that the dishes and drinks prepared and/or packaged (bottled) in consumer containers (dishes) ordered by the Guest are actually incurred expenses of the Bar at the cost approved in the Price Lists of the Bar.
  10. The guest has the right to refuse to pay for the entertainment services of the Bar ordered by him only before the start of their provision. The Parties accept that the provided entertainment services of the Bar (in whole or in part, in case of suspension of their provision at the initiative of the Guest) are actually incurred expenses of the Bar at the cost approved in the Price Lists of the Bar.
  11. If the Guest is unable to pay for the ordered products and services of the Bar or the actually incurred expenses of the Bar related to this, the Guest can voluntarily leave personal valuables as a deposit. After the payment of the debt incurred by the Guest, the things left by him as a pledge are returned to him on the day of payment of the debt.
  12. By leaving his personal belongings as a pledge, the Guest agrees that the Bar Administration is not responsible for their integrity and efficiency, and also if the left things are not claimed within one calendar month from the date of transfer of the things, the Bar administration has the right to dispose of them unilaterally at its discretion in order to repay the debt and other related expenses incurred.
  1. In case of loss or damage to the property of the Bar due to the fault of the Guest, he is obliged to compensate for the damage caused, as well as bear responsibility for other violations committed by him, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  2. Guests are responsible for broken or damaged dishes, furniture and equipment of the Bar due to their fault in the amount of their cost, which they must reimburse immediately to the Bar. A representative of the Bar administration has the right to assess the amount of damage caused and submit an invoice for damage to property not specified in the price list.
  3. The administration of the Bar is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings of Guests left unattended on tables, sofas, etc., as well as for valuables left with clothes in the wardrobe or in any other place of the Bar.
  4. The administration of the Bar is not responsible for the loss of funds, loss and / or damage to any personal belongings of Visitors that have not been transferred to the safe deposit box of the Bar manager in accordance with these rules.
  5. The Bar staff is authorized to take measures against Guests who are in a state of strong alcohol intoxication or drug intoxication, in a mentally unbalanced state, as well as against Guests who do not respond to the comments of the staff and do not comply with these Rules.
  6. The guest agrees to comply with the rules and is fully responsible for their violation in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Failure to comply with these rules is the basis for removing a Guest from the Bar.
  7. In case of violation of the established Rules, Bar employees have the right to make video and audio recording of the violation, refuse service and interrupt the provision of services, and in cases of gross violation of public order, detain the violator and resort to the help of law enforcement agencies.
  8. Claims related to the shortcomings of the service provided or the quality of prepared dishes and drinks must be submitted by the Guest during their provision by contacting the round-the-clock Quality Control Service of the Bar by phone +7 (812) 701-03-88. The procedure and terms for satisfying Guests ' claims are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  1. In case of emergency emergency situations – natural disasters, man-made disasters, fire, etc., Guests and other visitors of the Bar should not give in to panic, they must clearly follow the commands of the service personnel.
  2. After a command from the staff or an alarm signal transmitted via the notification system, Guests and other visitors of the Bar must leave the premises of the Bar, bathrooms and other halls, and go out into open areas using emergency exits, fire escapes and passages.
  3. When leaving the Bar, Guests and other visitors of the Bar should remain calm, do not run, do not create a crush in the aisles and on the stairs, hold on to the handrails.
  1. These Rules are published on the Bar's website, as well as posted on the Bar manager's desk and on the information stand for Guests. Failure to familiarize yourself with the rules of conduct does not exempt Guests from liability as a result of violations of these Rules.
  2. In case of ignorance of these Rules and non-compliance with them by Guests, the Bar administration is not responsible for possible negative consequences for Guests resulting from non-compliance with the rules of behavior in the Bar.
  3. The administration of the Bar reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules. Information about all changes and additions is posted on the Bar manager's desk and the information stand for Guests, as well as on the official website.
